New construction of workshops and offices for start-up companies.
From a very strict budget quality spaces and their equipment were developed and built. A lot of attention has gone to aligning and fitting up nicely the different techniques.
Provision is made for a central heating place which serves all units by heat with an induction loop.
Simplicity by thoroughness and a broad-based equipment by a thoughtful budget control were the starting points for this project.
