Der Bau

Construction of a villa according to the principles of ZNE, nearly zero-energy neutral. The house is heated by a geothermal heat pump linked to floor and wall heating. All areas are individually adjustable. All the spaces are ventilated with a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery, both sensible as latent heat.  In the summer the ventilation air and the climate systems are cooled with the free cold energy from the geothermal energy.
